What are wrinkle fillers?
Wrinkle fillers (also known as dermal fillers) are injectable soft tissue compounds used to enhance the appearance of facial aging.  Wrinkle fillers are injected into the skin through a simple and minimally invasive procedure. What is  the difference between Restylane and Radiesse?
There are 3 major differences between Restylane and Radiesse wrinkle fillers:
1 - Size of the molecules.  Restylane is smaller then Radiesse and therefore they are often used in different areas of the face for different reasons
2 - Duration of results.  Restylane results typically last 4-6 months.  Radiesse results can typically last one year or more.
3 - Price.  Restylane costs $500 for a large syringe.  Radiesse costs $650 for a large syringe.

How long do wrinkle filler treatments take?
Most treatments take 30 minutes or so---sometimes longer if topical or injectable numbing is required.

Does it hurt?
Most clients find a treatment with Restylane and Radiesse very tolerable.  When required, topical and injectable numbing compounds can be applied by the healthcare practitioner prior to treatment.

When will I see results?
Most wrinkle filler treatments show immediate results.  Localized swelling sometimes occurs and usually subsides in a short time.

How many treatments or syringes will I need?
