What areas can the IPL Photo Facial be used to treat?
The photo facial light treatment can be used on the face and body. A photo facial is used to treat redness caused by acne, Rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and facial veins, as well as the fine lines and wrinkles caused by aging or sun damage. And if your skin has been discolored as a result of smoking, alcohol use, or hormonal changes, an IPL photo facial can smooth and refine your complexion. However, certain factors, including dark or deeply tanned skin, may make certain people ineligible for IPL.
When will I see results after my photo facial light treatment?
Even though you will notice some visible change in your skin immediately after the treatment, most benefits of a photo facial occur gradually in the next 7-14 days.
How many treatments do I need?
This depends entirely on the severity of the skin condition(s) that we are treating. It is possible to remove twenty years worth of sun damage in just a few treatments. The average person requires 1-4 treatments for best results. Photo facial treatments are usually scheduled two weeks apart.

What can I expect after the treatment?
Immediately following your photo facial treatment, it is common for your brown pigment to be slightly darker then it was before the treatment. The brown spots will fade or fall off within the next week or so. Mild, temporary redness lasting a short time may also occur. Occasional puffiness under the eyes sometimes occurs and disappears a short time afterwards. Makeup can be following the treatment. The majority of clients will NOT have any downtime.
